3D all came up with the idea for high five apparel how many fluids does Pulaski and imv administrator here at the adult transition program High School for students from 18 to the before they turn 22 it's a program that provides vocational support as well as independent living skills high five apparel the business that they've started so incorporates a lot of vocational skills from marketing to advertising to actual production shipping that turn thing accidently did some shirts for the dark D Eisenhower swim cave and then you can always read later so did that remember the beginning of my second year here I remember that I walked in the classroom and I got this piece of for that set that we are going to learn entrepreneur skills and it was pretty cool usually go primarily through email but we also can do through phone calls and other stuff like that so the students usually will check it and what time do people already our customers are in an idea of what they want so what we can do is just upload their exact artwork so we could upload their graphic write on there or we can just so they can let us know so for example if it's a bowling team do you like it or no we changed it so we just go back and forth through email all the time we then go to a quote for them so say they want for t-shirts will know obviously price the shirts and breaks the graphics and then set up so usually a t-shirt with one graph or one color graphic is like me dollars or something so once we agree on that then we ask them you know the size so after we get the graphics and then we search a friend we try to get each student to at least do one job sometimes you don't have a job every week but we rotate with some dude machine some fold some package and some cut the graphics and then will usually package eat sure but we could not find the bags anymore as an individual business card and then another thing star business cards in the box and usually it's through the district that we do our stuff for so we enter office it over to whatever school after I leave adult transition program I mean it's just something I'll never forget for a long time can I please take your hand and say thank you so much thank you so much thank you so much
