About ATP

The Adult Transition Program, or ATP, is Community High School District 218's program for 18-22 year old adults with disabilities. Students must be recommended to the program during their senior year, have an IEP to participate, and not have taken their diploma upon graduation. This program focuses on life and vocational skills that some students may need to continue to work on after high school. Students in this program participate in various vocational programs in the community as well as building strong independent living skills.
